These classes will be extremely heat building and recommended for yogis with moderate to advanced experience. Specific instructions will be provided including modifications and are highly recommended to be followed. Although these classes will be strength building in a variety of ways, detailed attention to safety is always followed specifically through alignment, breath and focus guidance. Level 3 classes will be a step beyond Level 2 classes both in level of poses including more arm balances if desired, and mostly transitions. Some classes involve upbeat music, some quiet instrumental music and some no music. Most classes conclude with a verbal guide to Savasana, ending meditation.
