I just did the R&B level 3 class for the second time. It hits every part of my body and love it along with the music choices. Any change you would consider doing a longer version of this ??

Absolutely! Give me within the week to do it! Try Isometric Yoga Workout Level 3 & Yoga Strong (non-yoga, possible light weights) Level 2 for an all body target feel until then. Have a wonderful day!
